About BearFoot
Bearfoot Kayak is a locally run kayak rental in Trenton, NC. Operating near the beautiful and historic Brock's Pond and the winding Trent River, BearFoot offers the chance to see an abundance of inland wildlife.
The name-sake of BearFoot comes from the black bear, which makes its appearance through the Spring and Fall seasons. BearFoot is a home operated business. But don't be fooled, even without a store-front, we are easy to contact and extremely accomodating.

Stephanie is a U.S. Veteran with a passion for the environment, kayaking, and community involvement. Transitioning from an Active Duty career to the Reserves in 2015, she started BearFoot Kayaks LLC in the hopes of spreading enjoyment and awareness of the natural world in an affordable and engaging way. She currently works as an Environmental Scientist and is an active volunteer in the community.

Bryan is a rental guide and natural to kayaking. You'll find nothing but a great personality and positive attitude when interacting with him during your rental! An active volunteer in the community and veteran of the Marine Corps, he upholds the values of the company and helps BFK provide you with a seamless and exciting experience.
